If I select express shipping, will my order arrive by the next business day?
Yes, express delivery is available for prompt shipping. If orders are made before 2:00 p.m. PST, available items can be delivered by the next business day.
What courier do you use for deliveries?

What is the usual shipping turnaround for items listed as In Stock?
In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 business days if orders are placed prior to 2:00 P.M PST.
I haven’t received a dispatch email/email confirmation?
Please be aware that an automated email is sent to you at the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders, including your junk, as it will come from a no-reply email address. To ensure emails reach you, add the domain buytechhub.com to your safe sender's list.
What will happen if the product I ordered is not available?
If the requested item is unavailable, a representative from our team will inform you and can offer you an substitute part or model to ship after taking an acknowledgement from you.

Do you deliver on Weekend?
Yes, we do deliver on Saturday by FedEx but it depends on the product availability at our specific warehouse. There will be shipping charges for that.
Can I track my item?
Yes. You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number.
Can orders containing multiple items be shipped separately at different times?
Yes, orders with different delivery schedules can be processed through split shipping options, and customers might receive multiple shipments.
What is the warranty period for services offered by Buy Tech Hub?
Buy Tech Hub does not provide any assurances regarding the uninterrupted duration of its services. Customers acknowledge that the services may not always meet their expectations or operate continuously, timely, securely, or without errors.
Can I return a product if I changed my mind or no longer need it?
Yes, products may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided the item remains unused and includes all original tags and labels. Please note there will be a restocking fee as mentioned in our warranty page.
What conditions may result in a 50% restocking fee?
Conditions, including missing or substituted components, receipt of a fully functional product, damaged or altered packaging, or products submitted for RMA after the warranty period, the item is a brand new product with open packaging, may result in a 50% restocking fee.
Do you offer a VAT discount to non EU customers?
Customers ordering from outside the European Union can contact us via email, live chat, or phone and quote the order reference number. Our customer service team will go through the process and will assist you accordingly.
How long does it take to receive a refund after returning an item?
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, Buy Tech Hub will initiate the return or exchange process. Please allow a minimum of 3 to 5 business days from the date the item is received for the return or exchange to be completed.
Who is responsible for return shipping charges?
Customers are required to cover all return shipping costs. Using a trackable shipping service for returns is strongly recommended.
